The Lobster
Hut Services
The
Lobster Hut offers a wide array of foods from Barbeques and Lobster
bakes to gourmet deli sandwiches and salads. As our name indicates we
specialize in seafood but have considerable experience with all types
of food. We have run a Deli operation at Indianapolis Motor Speedway
and have catered picnics for Fisher Price Toys in excess of 11,000 participants.
The
following is just a small sampling of the types of things we can do.

Sliced roast beef, crumbly blue cheese, field greens and mayo
on a crusty hard roll
Lobster Wrap
10" herb garlic tortilla with chopped lobster, lettuce, tomato,
and lemon vinaigrette (Dawny Sauce)
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
10" tortilla with hot sauce marinated diced chicken, shredded
carrot and diced celery topped with blue cheese
Famous Chicken Salad
A blend of diced chicken, mayo, and special spices with lettuce
on French bread
We
also offer our Award Winning Seafood Chowder that can be tried
at many of our outdoor events.

For
the special events, corporate parties, family picnics, or just
a different twist to your party we offer the following.
Lobsterbake
Lobster, steamed clams, corn on the cob, fresh fruit salad and
beverage.
Clambake
Lobster, clams or mussels, corn on the cob, potato or pasta salad,
fresh fruit salad and beverage
Lobster Hut Special
Lobster tail and rib eye steak cooked over charcoal, grilled veggies,
tomato-fresh mozzarella cheese and basil pesto salad, and choice
of potato.
We
also offer a fresh Raw Bar which can include some of the following:
- Clams - raw and steamed
- Oysters on the ½ shell
- Oyster Shooters
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Lobster Dainties
All
prices are quoted based on current market conditions.
Your event date can be held for up to 1 year with a 50% deposit,
price adjustments will be made 1 week prior to the party with
a final head count.
