Dear Mr. Cavaretta and Lobster Hut Staff:

We are writing to express our great appreciation for your efforts at making our second annual neighborhood picnic a success. We had approximately thirty-five guests, and everyone greatly enjoyed the shish kabob themed dishes that you prepared. All of the food received great praise, with the seafood and fruit salad being particularly singled out for its quality.

In addition to the wonderful food, your staff also provided us with great service. We didn't have to worry about things arriving on time or not being set up, and everyone was very courteous and helpful. This is the second time you have catered this event for us, and we look forward to seeing you again next summer.
